Bring a touch of summer and seaside to your decor with this vintage Granville poster, emblematic of Normandy's seaside tourism in the 1950s.
Colorful and cheerful, this poster celebrates the pleasures of Granville and the Chausey Islands: swimming, yachting, 18-hole golf, fishing, and camping. In the foreground, a line of maritime pennants and a gauge illustrating the largest tides in Europe announce the festive and invigorating atmosphere of the coast. The blue horizon, lively beach, and graphic elegance make it a key piece of post-war advertising posters.
A art print between relaxation, sport, and Norman heritage
This vintage advertising poster reflects the golden age of tourism in Normandy, at a time when posters made travelers dream on docks and shop windows. The summery graphic style and dynamic layout convey a true sense of escape. A must-have for any seaside decor.
Perfect for a beach house, a bright living room, or a sea-inspired room.
